These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text (SMS) messaging between Loricus, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you") who exchanges text messages with our business phone number. These SMS Terms are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Loricus, Inc offers text messaging as a communication method to provide our support services. When you request support and opt-in to messaging, you may receive messages from us related to your inquiry, appointment, account, support ticket, or the services we provide. Messages are conversational and sent in response to your interactions with us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. You will typically receive messages only after you contact us or when we need to follow up on an active inquiry, appointment, or service request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The Company does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages according to the terms of your wireless plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt back in.
