Support Engineer

Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support and strategic IT consulting to our small and medium business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive technical support to clients both onsite and remotely
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks across client environments
  • Prepare and deliver monthly network health reports to clients
  • Document client configurations, settings, and changes
  • Monitor client system alerts and respond promptly
  • Take full ownership of support issues and maintain timely response times
  • Assist the Infrastructure Engineering team with project work as needed
  • Research new technologies and identify ways to optimize current processes
  • Pursue and complete technical certification exams

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • IT consulting experience
  • Great communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or similar field
  • Microsoft, Cisco, or other technical certifications
  • A desire to increase knowledge
